First: frying system:
Double-layer stainless steel spiral mesh belt is adopted, i.e. pressing mesh belt and conveying mesh belt. Integrated control of frequency conversion motor, adjustable mesh belt speed converter, adjustable upper and lower mesh belt spacing, can meet the processing requirements of different products. Pressure mesh belt can ensure that the product is in the interior of edible oil, scraper-type discharging mode, discharging thoroughly.
Secondly, heating system:
1. Direct heating inside the electric heat pipe, tubular heating pipe, a total of five groups, each group of 12 KW, a total of 60 KW.
2. The electric heat pipe is located in the middle of the conveying belt, which can raise the temperature timely and efficiently to meet the needs of normal production.
3. It can be lifted and lowered together with the mesh belt bracket to facilitate maintenance and repair.
4. The whole frying area is divided into two sections to control temperature.
Third: Fume exhaust system:
The oil fume and moisture produced in the production process can be eliminated in time. Fire extinguishing nozzles are installed inside the hood. Fire extinguishers are provided by customers themselves. There are air doors inside the chimney to prevent fire and to deal with it promptly and quickly after fire, so as to ensure overall environmental hygiene and personal safety of workers.
Fourth: lifting system:
The key-press automatic lifting system can realize the single or integral lifting of lampblack hood, pressing mesh belt and conveying mesh belt. The gap between pressing mesh belt and conveying mesh belt can be adjusted to meet the processing requirements of different products. At the same time, it is convenient for workers to maintain and clean the body interior.
Fifth: Scraping slag system:
The slag removal system is controlled separately and can be opened according to actual production needs. The oil in the residue can be recovered by slowly driving the scraper. After collecting the residue, it falls into the residue collection tank and can be cleaned up at any time. After the mesh belt bracket falls into the oil tank, the clearance between the scraper and the conveyor belt is small. The residue falling into the bottom of the belt is taken away from the frying tank to ensure the quality and service life of edible oil.
Sixth: thermal insulation system:
Fully automatic fryer uses aluminium silicate insulating cotton to keep warm in the frying area. The thickness of insulating cotton is 40mm. The insulating cotton is packed in white iron sheet. Rivets are fixed to prevent heat loss and ensure the safety of workers in the workshop. The main bracket is 4 mm thick 40 x 60 square tube, which is fixed in segments to ensure the equipment is not deformed for a long time. The exterior of the equipment is decorated with 1 mm thick stainless steel wire drawing board to ensure the overall beauty of the equipment.
Seventh: Control system:
The control cabinet is made of stainless steel material, waterproof, ventilation and heat dissipation effect is good. The panel button control can quickly realize the control of equipment and parameter adjustment.
